Therapeutic Coaching using the Visual Arts

My studio in Brussels offers a warm and private environment for exploring new pathways towards realising and releasing emotions through Certified Art Therapy.

We are not born with burnout. Nor are we are born with low self-esteem, anxiety or depression. We can lose our resilience from years of ongoing pressures to perform and achieve. Often, we don't realize we are off-track until burnout or other health concerns arise.

Children, as innately creative indiviuals, possess a non-judgemental and playful understanding of how creativity serves as a tool for both expression and self-soothing.

Let me help you discover how the creative process can aid in understanding your human experience.
